My Story

Hi I'm Nick,

 

I was born and raised in Marcellus, New York, and graduated from Marcellus Senior High School in 2012. My passion for competition and hard work earned me a Division I baseball scholarship to the University at Buffalo, where I played for the UB Bulls and set the program's single-season stolen base record with 39 steals. While earning my degree in Communications, I was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 22nd round of the 2015 MLB Draft and spent three and a half years playing professional baseball alongside future MLB stars Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Bo Bichette.

When my baseball career came to an end, I brought that same work ethic, discipline, and competitive mindset into real estate. Since earning my real estate license in 2018, I've been fortunate to build a career that has exceeded my expectations. Today, I'm proud to be recognized as a Top 10 Realtor in the Syracuse and Skaneateles area, a consistent top producer with Howard Hanna Real Estate, and one of the top-performing agents in the Greater Syracuse market. Along the way, I've been honored with awards including Very Best of the Best, Platinum Sales Star, ​Platinum Listing Leader, and National Sales Excellence.

I specialize in residential homes, luxury properties, and new construction throughout Central New York. My business is built on honest communication, strategic marketing, strong negotiation, and providing my clients with the guidance they need to make confident decisions. Whether I'm helping a first-time buyer, marketing a luxury home, or representing a custom new construction community, my goal is always the same—to deliver exceptional service and achieve the best possible outcome for my clients.

When I'm not working, you'll find me remodeling homes with my dad, bowhunting in the fall, or spending time with my wife, Teresa, and our daughter, Ella.
